This meeting will be by teleconference pursuant to Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20. The Western Sierra Charter Schools (WSCS) Board of Directors (Board) and employees of WSCS shall meet via the Zoom meeting platform. Members of the public who wish to access this Board meeting may do so at: https://www.facebook.com/wscsfamily/live Members of the public who wish to make written comment to the Board for this meeting should make their written request at least 24 hours prior to the meeting at: http://www.wscsfamily.org/board-request.html Members of the public who wish to make live, spoken comment during this meeting should make their written request at least 24 hours prior to the meeting at: http://www.wscsfamily.org/board-request.html. Public will remain muted until appropriate time. Individual comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. If an interpreter is needed for comments, they will be translated to English and the time limit shall be six (6) minutes. The Board of Directors may limit the total time for public comment to a reasonable time. The Board reserves the right to mute or remove a member of the public if comments or actions disrupts the Board meeting. Access to Board Materials: A copy of the written materials which will be submitted to the WSCS Board may be reviewed by any interested persons on http://www.wscsfamily.org/board-agenda-and-minutes.html website along with this agenda following the posting of the agenda at least 72 hours in advance of this meeting. Disability Access: Requests for disability-related modifications or accommodations to participate in this public meeting should be made 24 hours prior to the meeting at http://www.wscsfamily.org/board-request.html. Lottery Drawing for Oakhurst TK-8 Mountain Home for 2020-21 School Year - contact us to be entered.6/24/2020 Mountain Home School (Oakhurst) will be providing a LIVE virtual lottery drawing for the 2020-2021 school year for students grade TK-8th. The drawing will be LIVE on Facebook on June 26th at 9am. To be entered into the drawing and to receive your family ID number you must contact the school by June 25th at 12pm. Contact us at http://www.mountainhomecharter.org/contact-us.html. Please make sure to let us know students name, birthdate, and grade level. If you have already contacted us we will be sending you your family ID number today. For more information on our lottery policy go to: http://www.wscsfamily.org/lottery.html This is only for new families who have not been officially enrolled for the 2020-21 school year. PLEASE NOTE: We will be drawing EVERY family ID number for the lottery for TK-8th Just because your family ID number was drawn does NOT mean we have a spot for you in our school at this time. The lottery will be placing families in the order in which they will be offered spots with our school. We will post results of the order of the list by 3pm on June 26th. We will highlight the numbers of those who are being offered a spot for the 2020-21 school year. If your number is highlighted you have until this June 29th by 3pm to accept your spot/s.
